I am a qualified Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), Certified Passive House Tradesmen and Homestar® Practitioner and Assessor with 20 years project management experience and 15 years of practical knowledge in residential construction.

I have a passion for building great working relationships with my clients and for developing sustainable building practices within the Raglan and Waikato region.

​I will personally oversee each project and will attend the first free no-obligation site visit and will work closely with you on the concept and pricing stages of your project, right through to completion.

Bel aseguinolaza

Architectural Designer
Originally from Argentina, Bel trained as an Architect before becoming a Registered Architectural Designer LBP in New Zealand. She is also a Certified Passive House Designer with a passion for designing energy-efficient, sustainable homes.

Bel will work with you and our Director, Toby Tilsley, from the early concept design stages right through to the completion of your home. This integrative approach means that all aspects of sustainability and energy efficiency can be considered in the early stages of your project avoiding costly changes further on in the process.

​We have a mix of LBP qualified staff members with many years experience in residential construction, as well as carefully selected apprentices currently in training through the BCITO program.

Training and upskilling our staff members, particularly in sustainable practices, is an ongoing and integral part of our business.
